Why do I have to get an account and login just to see prices?

Our suppliers (the manufacturers) set minimum prices that products can be sold at.  These minimum prices are meant for the consumer, or end user, typically a restaurant or caterer.  RDN sells only to dealers that resell the product and we are permitted to sell below the manufacturers minimum advertised prices.  We are not allowed to publish these prices to the general public or consumers.  Once we have information from you showing that you are a reseller we can set up your account quickly.

How do I get an account?

If you are a foodservice dealer or distributor it is easy to get an account.  We need some information from you in order to ensure you are a reseller.  This will entitle you to our distributor pricing and permit us to sell to you without collecting sales tax in most cases.  We need a copy of your business license and your reseller certificate showing that you pay state and local sales tax for products you sell to your customers.  You can fax a copy of this to us at 423-586-5294 or email a scanned copy as pdf or jpg attachment to sales@restaurantdealernetwork.com.  Then click here to create a new account.

I am a dealer and already buy direct from the manufacturer, how can you sell it to me for less money than the manufacturer?

Most manufacturers like to ship a lot of product to a few customers.  They offer discounts and rebates to customers based upon volumes and how quickly the customer pays for product.  We always purchase in quantities and pay in time to obtain maximum discounts available.  We purchase tens of millions of dollars of equipment on an annual basis for hundreds of dealers that buy through us.  We have more than 30 years experience as a wholesale distributor and have optimized the delivery of quality products with the lowest overhead possible.  This allows us to pass along savings dropping your price for product lower than if you purchased a smaller quantity direct from the manufacturer yourself.  It also extends a better communication between RDN and the manufacturer than a smaller dealer could achieve on their own.  If you have questions, or need assistance with a product our customer service department averages more than 9 years foodservice equipment experience and we have direct contact with the manufacturers resources.  We can typically get the answer to you quicker than if you go it alone, and in many cases due to our relationship with the manufacturers customer service department we can resolve issues when they arise better than you could on your own.

How long after I place the order until the product ships?

We stock more than 20,000 products in our warehouse and orders for those products placed prior to 3pm typically ship the same day.  Many other products ship direct from the manufacturer and are typically in stock at their warehouses across the United States, typically shipping the next business day.  From time to time we do run out of certain products, and there are a lot of products that are assembled by the manufacturer after we place the order.  If stock information is not available on the product page on this website, feel free to call or email to confirm estimated delivery time.  We will also do our best to let you know when we receive an order that will not ship expediently.  We do not ship orders prior to payment being received.

How do I pay?

We accept wire transfers, business and personal checks, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover).

Where do you ship from?

Products in stock at our warehouse ship from Russellville, Tennessee 37860.  Some products ship direct from the manufacturer.  For questions about a specific product please call or email.  We typically ship small packages with UPS and freight items LTL with SAIA or Con-Way.  You can pickup from our warehouse by appointment.  If you prefer to use an LTL carrier of your choice please call to confirm the pickup time and that dock space will be available on the day it is scheduled for shipment.

Will you ship direct to my customer?

Yes.  Many of our customers never handle the product and we ship it direct for them to the consumer.  We can ship with no invoice and without any reference to RestaurantDealerNetwork.com or B & B Equipment & Supply, Inc. on the packaging or contents.  We typically show shipments from "Customer Service" with our address on the bill of lading.

Can I get products that are not shown on your website?

Yes.  We purchase from hundreds of suppliers and they offer hundreds of thousands of products.  We make the most popular items available on our website, but recognize that the other products are made for a reason, someone out there wants them.  Give us a call or email and we will be glad to get pricing and availability for you on any product from our suppliers.  We can also add it to the RDN website for you upon your request.

Pricing

We aggressively pursue the lowest pricing available from all manufacturers.  If you have a source for products that is lower than those offered by RDN please let us know so we can take corrective action and obtain the best pricing from the manufacturer.
